Dancing Fountain Installation at Atal Sarovar, Rajkot

In 2024, Symphony Fountains undertook the ambitious installation of the musical dancing fountain at Atal Sarovar, Rajkot. This project melded advanced fountain technology with aesthetic considerations to produce a visually stunning and interactive water feature. The installation combines customized water bodies with dynamic water choreography, resulting in synchronized water performances that are perfectly aligned with the musical cues, creating a truly immersive experience. The outdoor water displays are designed to engage visitors and become a major attraction in the area.

Key Highlights:

  • Strategic Control Room Placement: The control room was split into two parts on either side of the seating area to maintain the site’s aesthetic integrity while ensuring operational efficiency for the commercial fountain systems.
  • Innovative Platform Installation: A sturdy platform with a foundation was constructed within the lake to anchor the fountain equipment securely, making it a reliable base for bespoke water and light fountains.
  • Use of Boat and Floating Jetty: Access to the platform was facilitated by a boat and a floating jetty, ensuring smooth transportation of equipment and personnel for custom water feature installations.

Installation Process:

  1. Infrastructure and Support Systems:
    • Constructing a durable platform in the lake to support the weight and operation of the sophisticated fountain mechanisms.
    • Incorporating weather-resistant materials to ensure the longevity and reliability of the outdoor water displays.
  2. Mechanical and Electrical Installations:
    • Systematic placement of dynamic water features such as the central jet, Digital UFO, and air shooters on the platform to create synchronized water displays, enhancing the experience of musical dancing fountains.
    • Installation of half of the fountain control panels on the left side of the seating area and the other half on the right side, ensuring effective management of the fountain’s extensive features, such as commercial fountain systems.
  3. Control Systems and Aesthetics:
    • Implementing a split control room setup to enhance the visual appeal of the surrounding area while maintaining full operational control over the fountain.
    • Setting up advanced DMX-controlled lighting systems and moving headlights that synchronize with the fountain’s dynamic water choreography, creating an immersive and stunning synchronized water performance.

Testing and Commissioning:

  • Comprehensive Testing: Conducting extensive tests on mechanical, electrical, and fountain control systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance of the musical water fountains.
  • Visual and Performance Adjustments: Fine-tuning water jets, lighting, and sound sequences to achieve the desired artistic effects and ensure seamless integration with the music, providing a beautiful indoor water show if needed.
  • Safety and Regulatory Compliance: Performing detailed safety checks and making necessary adjustments to meet safety standards and regulatory requirements for innovative fountain designs.

Programming:
