By using PLC systems, we ensure perfect harmony with musical tracks. With the use of D3 for media server control and Showcad for visual effects programming, each fountain performance becomes an immersive experience. Our designs, enhanced by Resolume for visual mixing and Beyond for projection mapping, deliver stunning shows.
Our musical fountain programming starts with audio signal analysis using techniques like Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), integrating AV equipment for seamless performance. To synchronize fountains with music, we extract beats and melodies. Environmental sensors, such as wind speed and water level sensors, are incorporated into the system through SYNCHRONISED input processing. The data from sensors ensures safe and efficient operation, with dynamic adjustments made by Avolite and Grand MA controllers for visual effects.
Our sophisticated control logic, powered by Medialon and Syncronorm, determines which fountain nozzles activate during specific musical beats. Using ladder logic and digital control panels for lights, the system adjusts water patterns and lighting effects to create a synchronized spectacle. Mist Screen Nozzle and Mist Screen Pump are integrated for enhanced water effects, while Diamond Jet and Revolving Jet nozzles are employed to deliver impressive visual patterns in line with the music’s rhythm.
Once processed, control signals are transmitted to actuators such as pumps, valves, and lights using digital control panels for water screen pumps and audio amplifiers. These systems generate dynamic water effects like Ultra Fast Chasing Jet and Sunburst (Vertical Jet) synchronized to the music. Our advanced Media Server systems, controlled by Showcad and SYNCHRONISED software, make real-time adjustments based on environmental feedback, ensuring that the fountain always maintains synchronization.
Operators have access to a user-friendly interface powered by Pangolin, Avolite, and Grand MA controllers, which allow real-time monitoring and adjustments of the fountain system. With SYNCHRONISED operation, operators can manage digital control panels for lights and control revolving jet effects from a remote location using Sunlite for seamless operation. Weatherized casing and mounting for video projectors ensure longevity, especially in outdoor environments, further optimizing the fountain’s performance.
